Terms of Use

Last updated Oct 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use rozum.chat, with or without an account. By chatting you accept them.

The service

rozum.chat is an AI assistant run by the operator of rozum.chat. It answers questions, reads the files you give it, works in projects and draws images, using AI models from other companies.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours, and so do the answers and images made for you, as far as the law allows. You give us the right to store and process it only to run the service for you.

AI makes mistakes

Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important, and do not rely on an answer as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, or create content that sexualises minors, incites violence or harasses someone.
  • Do not try to get around the daily limits, overload the service or reach other people's data.
  • Do not upload what you have no right to share.

What you send (a message, a picture, instructions, a chat you share) is checked automatically before it is used, and refused when it breaks these rules. The check can be wrong either way: a refusal you think mistaken can be written to us, and passing it does not make content allowed. After many refusals in a day, sending pauses until the day is over.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and close at once an account that tries to create content sexualising minors.

Plans and limits

Guests get a few messages to try Rozum, once, with its cheapest models; free accounts get a daily allowance of messages and images, and a few messages every 30 days to try some of Pro’s models; Pro gets more and the advanced models. Every plan also has an allowance of AI for the models other than Instant, which renews every 7 days on Pro and every day and every 30 days on the other plans, and which long chats, files, web search, images and the most capable models use up sooner; once it is used up, your AI credit is used if you have any (below), and otherwise Instant answers until it renews, within a daily allowance of its own. Allowances are shown in Settings → Account and on the plans page, and may change.

Pro

Pro costs $19.99 a month or $159.99 a year, paid in advance, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. There is no free trial. It needs an account. While Pro is active you can use every model, draw images with every image model, and have the highest allowances.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again for a while; Pro stays on meanwhile, and if the payment is never made, the subscription ends. A monthly Pro can be switched to yearly from the plans page, in Stripe’s billing portal: the year starts at once and is charged less the unused part of the month. A yearly Pro stays yearly: to pay by the month instead, cancel it, and subscribe monthly once the year you paid for has ended.

Cancelling Pro

Cancel Pro in Stripe’s billing portal, which “Manage billing” on the plans page opens. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: you keep Pro until then, nothing more is charged, and you can renew it there before it ends. The rest of a period you cancel in is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below. Where the law of the country you live in lets you end a renewed subscription sooner (in Germany, with one month’s notice once the first year has passed), you may: write to us, and we refund the part paid for after it ends.

AI credit

AI credit adds $5 of AI for $7.99, paid once, in advance. It needs an account, can be bought on any plan and as often as you like, and does not renew. It pays for the models other than Instant once your plan’s allowance for them is used up or unavailable, and for Instant once its own daily allowance is used up as well; never while your plan’s allowance can pay. Each answer, image or report made on it uses up what it costs at the model providers’ prices. What is left is shown in Settings → Account and on the plans page.

AI credit does not expire, but it is not money: it cannot be paid out, moved to another account or exchanged, and what is left of it ends with your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the plans page and again at checkout. The amount the checkout shows, including any tax, is the price you pay. Your card issuer or bank may convert it into your currency and charge its own fee for that.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which emails your receipts, invoices, reminders of an upcoming renewal and notices of a failed payment; every invoice names the version of these terms it was sold under. We may change prices: a change never affects a period you have already paid for or AI credit you have already bought, and we tell subscribers before a renewal at a new price, so they can cancel first.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of paying for it, without giving a reason. We give every buyer the same 14 days. What you paid is refunded and Pro ends at once. A switch to yearly does not start the 14 days again, and neither does a renewal.

You may withdraw from a purchase of AI credit within the same 14 days: we refund the part of what you paid that matches the credit you have not used yet, and that credit ends.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at support@rozum.chat, for example: “I withdraw from my contract for rozum.chat Pro (or: rozum.chat AI credit), ordered on (date), (your name and the email of your account).” It is enough to send it before the 14 days are over. We confirm by email that we received it, and refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the card or account you paid with, at no cost to you; Stripe emails you the refund.

Refunds and chargebacks

Beyond the right of withdrawal there is no general money-back guarantee, but if something went wrong with a payment (you were charged twice, or a fault on our side cost you what you paid for), write to us and we refund in good faith.

If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), Pro ends at once and the subscription stays ended whatever the dispute’s outcome; a disputed payment for AI credit ends what is left of that credit. A refund of AI credit, in part or in whole, ends the same share of it. Writing to us first is quicker for both of us.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of an answer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed. Questions: support@rozum.chat.
